How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via Paypal, or we are happy to arrange a time for you to pick up and pay for your order at any of our two stores.
The item I want is out of stock?
Occasionally, we do sell out of particular items. Please do email us, and we will check when our next batch arrival is.
My address is wrong. Can you resend out the item?
Please check your address carefully. We cannot be responsible for your parcel if an incorrect address is given. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the postage costs will need to be repaid by you before we repost it.
How come my parcel is taking so long to arrive?
You can track your order @ www.auspost.com/track
Unfortunately, once the parcel is posted out, Australia Post handles the speed of your parcel.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose sizes/colours/products carefully. However, on the rare occassion that our product is faulty, please do contact us and we will help you the best way possible.
