Products

Are the products on your website available? Availability is shown on each item page. We do stock counts regularly however if in some rare instance we do not have stock, we will contact you right away!

Are the products on your website available to purchase in-store? Our online and retail store operate separately. The retail store stocks our toys and fashion (open regular hours) and the beauty store stocks all our nail polish and beauty products (open by appointment only). If you're after a particular item in-store, please contact us to avoid disapointment. Click and collect is available.

I'm confused! Can I purchase nail polish in person? Nail polish is only available at our Beauty store by appointment only! Please Contact us to make a book a time. We do not stock any beauty products at our Retail store.

Why do some colours look different in person? Every effort is made to accurately display images of our products. We cannot guarantee the colours seen online will be true to picture as everyone's displays and settings can appear slightly different. Please note we take most photos indoors under bright studio lighting to emulate sunlight. Low and dim lights can make products appear very different and duller in person. Please use our photos as a guide only. We will not accept colour difference as a fault or incorrect item.

How do I earn points? You earn points every time you shop at Maconii online! For every $1 spent you will get 1 point to use towards your next purchase.

How do I apply the points? Log into your account, when checking out you will find the loyalty points/credit sitting under the payment options. Enter the amount you would like to use and apply. No need to enter any codes.
