General Information
✈︎ Calculate Postage: To view the correct postage cost, please add items to your cart and enter your country details.
✈︎ Order Packing Time: All orders (both standard and express delivery) are packaged and posted within 2-3 business days.
✈︎ Estimated Time of Arrival: Based on timeframe to major metropolitan city areas. Rural and outer city locations may experience longer timeframes. Please note delays are expected during peak holiday seasons.
✈︎ Delivery Partners: Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex
✈︎ Parcel Tracking: All orders are sent with full tracking and may sometimes require a signature on delivery. If a signature is not required, you can leave a note in the comments section. If for any reason our couriers find your location unsafe to leave the parcel, it will be taken to your closest Australia Post or collection hub (typically a designated newsagency, petrol station, etc).
✈︎ Return to Sender: We cannot reimburse the delivery cost for orders that are Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed, an incorrect address or other reason that is not the result of an error on the part of Maconii or the nominated courier.

Taxes and Duties: The buyer or receiver is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. We do not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, please contact your countries customs department to find the information on importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance, we will provide a full refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to the our location.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - NAIL POLISH - SUSPENDED
Nail polish is classified as a "dangerous good" and is prohibited for international air freight. Unfortunately we do not have the qualifications to send nail polish outside of Australia. We are unable to make any exceptions and cannot post via regular air mail.
All international orders with nail polish will be cancelled and refunded without notice.
All refunds are processed back through the original payment in AUD. We are not liable for any difference in the currency exchange at the time of purchase vs refund. A transaction fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund.
