Heartkids is a dark blue base (with teal undertones) with silver reflective micro glitters. Opaque in 2-3 coats depending on your application.

This will dry to a textured finish if top coat is not applied due to the amount of glitter. It will also most likely require 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.

In low lighting / regular situations it looks like a standard silver micro glitter but under bright lighting it reflects and twinkles brightly.
