Toe-Tally Cosmic is totally amazing! It is a beautiful platinum-silver-green multi-chrome that shifts back and fourth from green to mauve-purple. Enjoy looking at your nails under supermarket lights, at the bank, in the car, outside in direct sun, everywhere!

To show a more dramatic effect, we recommend using a BLACK BASE COAT then using Toe-Tally Cosmic over the top. This polish looks beautiful by itself without any coloured base coat but may not show off all the colour shifts. Just apply 2 thick coats, or 3 thin coats for a complete coverage. It applies like butter and has a velvety touch.
